Last Post time offset

Is there any way to have the time diplayed in the Last Post column be in sync with my local time?
I've seen some other forum sites where there is an adjustable time offset in the user profile settings.

, He's putting in an extra 8 hrs of work each day, since I'm sure his "body clock" is on SQLServerCentral(Mountain) time.
