Good question. Thank you.
I has selected "simple talk..." before but I had a doubt and made a quick search in my email for the words and selected the 3 opt as my final answer. 😀

The first and the hardest SQL statement I have wrote- "select * from customers" - and I was happy and felt smart.

Just a bit too US-centric again.
What is Labour Day anyway?
You have an international membership, so you need to be less parochial!

+1 - there was an advert for it at the top of the page - so not much thought needed for this one.

Good, back-to-basics question.

Thanks for the easy 7 points Steve.
As you say Labor Day will mean additional physical labor around the house for most I would imagine. Happy Labor Day to all American workers.
I, however, have to get back to work now... :doze:
Enjoy

lol :-D. I am not sure how it was a back-to-basics question, it was absolutely not related to SQL Server basics :-P. Although it was an easy question & provided us easy 7 points on labor day 🙂

Labo(ur) day has nothing to do with the question itself. It just ask the name of the Redgate events (and there's a SQL in the City in the UK as well).
Need an answer? No, you need a question

I suspect that the complain about the 'US-centric' editorial is just a way to vent his frustration for answering wrong an easy question for those of us who usually do read all the newsletters. 😛

Think of it as an undocumented "feature". I needed the easy points. Bad week last week. But, it's a new month, and hope springs eternal.
