Sentence case with objects treated as proper nouns and any prefixes denoting styles in lower case.

Upper case reminds me too much of COBOL, plus I don't like having to hold the shift key while typing or using the caps lock.

I tend to use upper, but either upper or lower I'm fine with as long as it is consistant. 🙂

I have used many schemes for keyword usage in many programming languages over the last 27+ years. Maybe I am just getting lazy in my old age, all lower case is my way to go - it is just simpler, less finger work for each pinky !

I prefer lowercase for keywords, propercase for objects.
Just more readable to me.
Distinctly dislike uppercase. It's not used in common print because it's less readable. Lowercase letters were invented because they added readability to documents and speed to handwriting.
There's a science to typesetting, and centuries of proof for its principles.

Being a little OCD with my queries, I prefer upper case keywords. I agree holding the shift key can be a pain and slow things down. There is a great tool at ssmstoolspack.com that will allow you to set keywords as upper or lower case (with a keyboard shortcut). Unfortunately sentence case is not an option for those of you with that preference.
