Keeping track of the cursor row number

    OK,it's Friday and I'm brain dead. But is there a function that will return the number of the current row being processed from a cursor? OR... do you have to keep track of it yourself with a counting variable?

    I tried to find something in BOL aqnd couldn't.  I always use a variable because I never thought out a function....

    I don't know of anything but then again I've found a variable to be very easy.
