Job Monitor outcome results doubt

  Hi all,

  In Sql server Sheduled Jobs, in Job monitor , there is a column called Last run outcome . In that if i see Unknown Or cancalled whats the meaning, if its sucess its self explinatory , where as for unknow i coulndnt get the proper answer

  pls explain me what unknow & cancelled is

  Cancelled - means while the job was running someone Stopped the job before completion

  Unknown - Look at the "Last Run" column for this job. It will usually be "Never". It means that the job was never run, hence the status
