I schedule package in management studio , When Management Studio is open then Schedule works , package gets executed.
When I schedule PAckage and log out of management studio then Package fails.
I am very confused

Sounds like the package is using your authentication when you're logged in to Management Studio, and presumably the Agent account authentication when your not, and I would guess the Agent account doesn't have the permissions needed to execute the package.

If the OP is executing the Agent Job from within SSMS I believe it still uses the Agent account, so it should fail with the same error as when scheduled. It does still sound like a permissions issue, but we need an error message to be sure.

True, if he's letting the schedule run it, but if he's doing a right-click and execute job, then I think it would use his permissions.
You're right though, without more information we could debate this for hours 😀
