Hi,
Our users could generate reports through their PCs' Windows browser but couldn't EXPORT their generated reports in any format:
XML file with report data, CSV (comma delimited), PDF,
MHTML (web archive), Excel, TIFF file, Word
Their browser got a great deal of XML content.
No error description.
I have tried to open the Reporting Service Log file of the SQL Server's machine:
c$\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS12.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\LogFiles\
ReportServerService__11_08_2016_00_01_40
ReportServerService__11_08_2016_00_01_40
But didn't know how to analyze.
How can I fix the problem?
Any idea?

By the way, although some of my users couldn't export their generated reports, I could export reports when I execute the server's browser directly.
And my PC's browser and other users' browser could export reports smoothly, no XML content generated.
Any idea?

32-bit versus 64-bit browser?
Some things only work in 32-bit IE

My PC is using 64-bit but my PC still got an Export error this morning though most of the time it could generate and export reports successfully.
It seems the problem came from the Export function but not generating reports.
