Hi all,
Am getting the error frequently when i attempting to send a mail from SQL: Please let me know to overcome this issues..
I 'm able to ping the same SMTP server from my SQl server then its says the below error:
Note: I dont have IIS server in SQl server hosted server

Speak to your mail admin person, they should be able to help.
But it looks like your trying to send a mail to an address which doesnt exist.

Thanks, But we need to have the IIS server on SQl server server machine? or else What are the prerequisites for DB mail profiling...

No you dont need IIS.
You need to ensure that the server can connect to the relay machine, you send to a valid email address and that mass mail worms are unblocked from any antivirus that blocks them.
