Issues using the PRINT button from a Windows 7 box

  • Our company have started deploying Windows 7 to the users and it seems like people with Windos 7 can't seem to use the PRINT button in Reporting Services. Has anyone had that problem?

    I had to extract the following listed files from RSClientPrint.cab and register the RSCLientPrint.dll file.

  • Another update on this issue, the solution I had before worked on some machine but ultimately, it looks like it might be a security issue\feature of Windows 7. It seems like you are able to use the PRINT button only if you open the browser as an Administrator (Right click IE and choose 'Run as Administrator').
