  Hi,

  Till now my transactional replication was working fine.

  But now when i tried to modify the publisher through application,replication started throwing error "communication link error".

  Earlier when i was trying to insert a row in a table through query analyser ,it was getting replicated normally.

  Once the communication link error came ,it started coming for single insertion also.

  I am really clueless.Please,please suggest.

  Do a CheckDb on your Subscriber. See if everything is Ok with your Subscriber DB.
