Issue converting perfmon blg file to a csv format

    Hi Everyone,

    Hope all is well.

    I was trying to convert a blg file that is 22.6MB and I am getting an error The specified object was not found on the computer. I dont know if its an issue with the size but I ma able to convert a blg that is 15 mb earlier.

    I am able to locate my file on the c:\ drive. The command i am using is:

    C:\>relog C:\Perfmon_SQLServer\Perfmon_01132012_New\000002\DataCollector01.blg -

    f csv -o perfmon_new.csv

    any ideas why i ma getting a file not found error?

    I am able to open the blg file on my system normally.

    Are you doing the conversion on the machine you captured the bblg on? If not I have had this error because the perfmon counter did not exist on the machine I was converting on.

    MCITP SQL 2005, MCSA SQL 2012
