I just migrated to a couple new sql servers and I am getting some alerts in a system I didn't setup.
It's called Idera something . . . It's telling me that session CPU time is 7086.263 for session 77 ect.
Is this something that I need to worry about?

Yes. It means that session used over 7000 seconds of cpu time (almost 2 hours) and the code most likely needs a bit of help in the form of some code changes.
