What are the different possible methods to find the number of spindles present in the HardDisk?
any extended stored procedure ??

It's part of Hardware details ask your vendor about it. Try to find it from regeistry

Only your vendor knows for sure.
If you built it from parts you will have to contact the hard drive manufacturer and get the specs from them.
You asked about an extended procedure. As in Extended Stored Procedure? There is no way that the Sql Server will be able to pull this information up.
You may be able to get to it with a WMI script. It is designed for this sort of thing.
However, the easiest way is to contact the vendor of the hardware.
