  Team Foundation Server - commercial from Microsoft and replacement for VSS

  You can use VSS with SSIS. I have done it.

  I'm currently reading The Rational Guide to Extending SSIS 2005 with Script. According to it, you can use VSS with Visual Studio to Check in and Check out SSIS projects like any other code. BTW, this is a good book so far...
