There is the Microsoft certification exam 70-463: Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server. It covers not just SSIS but also: dimensional data modeling, ETL, Data Quality Services (DQS), Master Data Services (MDS), etc. More than anything else, it's SSIS, but also outside the box how it fits into the data warehouse picture.

However, the exam is only one third of the certification, as there are 2 other exams that should be passed to earn the MCSA: SQL Server certification.

HI,
Thanks for your reply , But am working only on MSSQL server or Data base development activity not DBA and SSIS not SSAS or Data warehouse .
So sql+ssis combination I can give a try but not on SSAS also.
In this combination any certification ?

The 70-463 exam only covers SSAS lightly. It's mostly about SQL Server, SSIS, and data warehouse modeling. I believe that 70-463 is as close as you can get for an industry recognized certification related to SSIS.
