  Is ReportServerTempdb needs database maintenance like Reorg , update stats etc?

  I've never done any maint on ReportServerTempDB.

  Are you seeing an issue that makes you ask this, or just wondering?

  If just wondering, I wouldn't worry about it if I were you.
