Hello Peers,
I would appreciate if you all can contribute to this request which not only helps me in improving but also understand them in detail.
I'll be having an interview tomorrow and I would like to get some hot tips on the following topics:
1. Performance Tuning
2. Advanced database design
3. RAID
4. Clustering
5. Advanced query design
6. Load balancing supporting a high transaction site with million + hits per day
I'm having intermediate knowledge on the above and would like to have technical words which can be plus points.
Thanks in advance.

Ummmm.... you waited until the night before an interview to cram-for-the-exam?
Good luck... 😉

You don't want to give false impressions that you "know" all about these things and then annoy your (potentially) new employer when you don't actually know much about them.... But of course you already know that :hehe: I suppose it's typical in the IT industry 🙁
Anyhow, no one here is going to type a lot of meaningful text to give you all the words you'd want to use, and if you don't understand the technologies, you'll probably not explain it correctly anyway. I would suggest that you go looking for articles on this site using some of the terms you just listed. You could also go look at the Microsoft site for the articles about SQL Server features such as database mirroring, etc

Sure.
Be honest about your level of knowledge. Any competant interviewer can tell knowledge from 'keyword dropping for extra points' in 10 sec flat
