Does having a high internal waits a problem (I guess that's not a problem)...I am running a program which has a huge internal waits but this program is not involved in any locking/blocking issues......So i guess that particular SPID is waiting on its own SPID to be freed
Thanks in advance

This is not a problem or issue you are facing,i guess you need some kind of orientation for the same.please read the attached doc, it will give you complete IN or OUT.
Addtionally, i would say whenever you find yourself caught in such kind of problem where you are not sure "whether you actually got any issue or just a unaware topic/stuff", better google it.you can find many forums with the similar kind of problems and you can also get some articles and blogs.
