Integrated Authentication showing in ErrorLogs

    Login failed for user ''. Reason: An attempt to login using SQL authentication failed. Server is configured for Integrated authentication only

     

    Server info Below:

    Authentication Mode:  Windows and SQL Server Authentication

    SPN is correct

    Was the server changed to Windows and SQL Server Authentication recently?  The change won't have taken effect unless SQL Server has been restarted since it was made.
