  I am uploading bulk data using sqlBulk. And my database is around 7GB. But now I am getting this insufficient memory error - severity:20 State:14.

  I am using windows 2000 server OS and i have installed sp4(service pack 4)

  Not a lot of info to go on. How much memory is installed on the server? Is there adequate disk space available? What else is running on the server?
