Is that telling me, sql server is low memory? Becasue I have upgraded to 16GB on my server and I already set to Dynamic Max Memory to 14GB and Min to 0. I already reserved 2GB for Operating System.
I got SQL 2000 SP4 installed with Win 2003 server.
I checked the Boot.ini, that is what is said -
[boot loader]
timeout=30
default=multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS
[operating systems]
multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS="Windows Server 2003, Enterprise" /fastdetect /PAE /NoExecute=OptIn
Any one can help me?
Thanks.
Leo

Is awe enabled on the sql server? Also see the performance counts on the sql server memeory manager for total server memory and target server memory.

After applying SQL Server 2000 SP4, did you apply the AWE HotFix ?
