Hi guys. We have a routine that periodically checks for the health of a machine using the following Performance Counters
Category Counter
--------------------------------------------------
Logical Disk Avg. Disk Sec/Transfer
Processor % Processor Time
Networ Interface Bytes Total/Sec
We're just wondering, is there any equivalent counter in a Sql Server instance level?

You should get my free SQL Server PerfMon counters poster at http://www.quest.com/backstage/promotion.aspx. That URL is going to change soon, btw. I was really thrilled to hear that the Microsoft CSS teams (at least in Charlotte) like it so much that they all put it up in their cubes. =^)
You can download a hi-res PDF or get a copy mailed to you for free anywhere in the US and Canada. (You can also get it in the UK and parts of Europe for free via an email request).
Hope this helps,

I must admit that this poster is pure awesomeness. Thanks for heading it up!
I have one here at our office as well. I'm actually seriously looking for a large frame to keep it looking nice and as wall art! Wall art for geeks that is.
