Hi all,
I'm totally new to SQL Server. Forgive if my question look a stupid one but I've gone throught the Microsoft website searching for the answer but just can't locate it.
Can I install SQL Server 2012 Enterprise Edition on a Windows 7 machine? I just can't can't seem to find the system requirements for the Enterprise Edition!

Yes, but I would install the Developer edition, unless you have too much money to spare 🙂

But as someone else pointed out, installing the developers edition which has all of the features of the Enterprise edition cost around $50. The enterprise edition could end up costing you $40K depending on how many cores you have
