Installing SQL CTP June

Any idea why my installation is failing. My log file is as follows

Well I was able to narrow down to the reporting serives. I had a problem while uninstalling reporting services (Beta 2) so I went and removed from registor. Looks like I create some sort of a problem. Any one with a suggestion (except rebuilding whole machine
)
