Can anybody tell me how i can install SQL server 2014 in windows 7. it is asking upped version of OS or any Windows SP. Please let me know asap

Last I knew, Windows 7 wasn't going to support much in the way of more recent versions of SQL Server. You can be quite certain that for SQL 2016, there's just no way for that to happen. For SQL 2014, you probably need at least Windows 7 Professional, with all the requisite .Net software and the latest service packs for Windows 7 Professional as well. You'll have to test that, though.

Express Edition should install on any version of Windows 7, I believe - though you need the right version to match your install of Windows (i.e. 32-bit on 32-bit Windows, 64-bit on 64-bit Windows). I'm not sure about the other versions, but IIRC they are all 64-bit only so at a minimum you'll need 64-bit Windows 7.

Yes with Standard, Developer and express but you need to install SP1. Maybe some other editions - check the following documentation:
