I'm assuming you did the copy and replace due to the KB article (308866). Do the last few lines of sqlstp.log (usually found in C:\Windows or C:\WinNT) give any indication of an issue?

Before I overwrite the SQLSUI.DLL from SP, I got the error _INS5576._MP,Ver 5.53.168.0,Fail in Module sqlsui.dll Verson 2000.80.194.0,Error Address 0x000280fd?
Now, I got error about _INS5576._MP on everytime reboot, but I searched there are no sqlsui.dll installed in Server.
Does it any hints for me to checking?

Finally, I found the problem that it must set the locale to Taiwan or English before install the SQL.
But another problem is coming, the SQL prompt cannot run specific program on cluster and stop setup again. I am using the IBM ServerRaid 6M with Exp4000 SCSI disk. Under the MS Doc, it suggest install the DTC on cluster then install the SQL, but the DTC cannot recognize the IBM Disk Group, The IBM support guy said, it can install the SQL first, the SQL setup will handle the DTC in cluster.
Does anyone has experience with IBM ServerRaid solution + Windows 2K3 + SQL2000 EE?

We've had a couple of IBM E-Series 445 clusters with RAID and SAN storage. You might want to check the driver levels on your servers. DO NOT USE Windows Update. IBM drivers are usually tied to 'flash' upgrades on the cards themselves. If you do use Windows Update, then things can really get ugly (your server and or RAID array may become corrupt or unusable).
