HI,
I recently did an install on SQL 2008Stg 64 bits. After the install I realized that the tools are missing (Server Managment Studio). How I can get then installed locally on the machine where the data server is currently installed?

rerun setup. There's an option to install client tools.

Yes, rerun setup and you will be able to install the tools.
