while install SQL server 2005 IA64 i faced during installtion it faile to install "SQL Server database Services" kindly find below the summary setup log

I am going to guess that you are installing from a network share.

If this is the case copy the installation media to local disk and try it again.

Unfortunately I tried the both solutions setup directory from the media and copy th media source to the local disk on the node 1 which is active node and still have the same error

From your data, SQL server 2005 IA64 , you are installing SQL Server License which is for Itanium processor.

Are you sure that your nodes are also running over Itanium processor and not Xeon or anything else?

On the time being I'm not able to confirm this info but i have question regarding this issue in case my processor not compatible as you mention

Supposed i got clear error during SQL server check my server computability before start installation!!!! In my case the installation starts on the 2 node and install al component except databases services???
