Hi,
I have a report that contains multiple data. One of the column is a date column. I want to segregate records on the basis of date column such that records for a particular month should be separated from other with a blank row in between. That row should be of diff colour.
any suggestions please.

Hi Swati...
Well...jst wanted to confirm this...whether you are grouping the data based on Date Column or not...??
B'coz we can applying grouping concept to sort the records Monthwise..and with in this...we can insert an additional row with desired color code...so as to differentiate the data in between...(that too month wise...)...
So..jst let me knw clearly...whether this is the actual requirement..of yours..???

You should use GROUP in the Table/Matrix, that's what it's created for
Then you can just leave the Group Footer blank to have your blank row
