    And you have no design training??? You need to correct that fast. Normalisation is an art, it can't be learned by yourself overnight. You need (HAVE TO NOW) get some education in that domain.

    Yeah I am not gud at designing and developing.

    Actually I am a pure Administrator. Here I am forced to do all those things so breaking my head in those.

    You might ask for help >> consultant, new temp, formation. depending on the size and importance of the job.
