Hallo People;
I am setting up replication from a main server to Netbooks(40), i have done everything right but the issue that is really disturbing us is the initialization of the snapshot, i managed to finish one but it took about 6 hours to finish...
i have been reading online and i can see that there is a way to Manually initialize the snapshot by copying the snapshot folder to the subscriber but there are no clear cut explanations.
Is there anyone who can assist me here .......

Hi all;
With no reply, i actually figured out how to set up the initial snapshot on the 40 netbooks, what i did as i still had the netbooks with me in the office i did not use the VPN to initialize the snapshot i used a back to back cable for the initialization and it takes a maximum of three minutes to initalize one netbook.........:-):-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D:-D
