This little error had me running around for 3 days trying to figure out why my NAT server would only allow ONE connection through to the Internet.
Apparently when you apply SP3 it changes an integral registry entry that controls the amount of ports that can be opened by NAT for internet sharing.
There are workarounds available from Microsoft but I suggest installing SP4 of higher....

Thanks for the link, however RRAS on your SQL Server performing NAT, now that is a configuration I would have never attempted in the 1st place.
