indexing documents

i run a jobsite, i got around 85000 c.v of IT Professionals.
they are stored in a particular folder of awebsite
iam using shared hosting,
now i want to add a search engine
which will index all these documents and will search resumes and show it to the employers according to the criteria mentioned
