Thanks to Tony for an attempted fix. I agree with Hugo that there are possibly answers that might change this. Therefore, I have reworded to specifically ask CI + NCI. Leaving out XML, spatial, and FT indexes.
All points have been awarded back to this date as well.

I guess it is lucky that I usually get around to QOTD weeks after if comes out and is fixed 😀
I think I will make a point of staying about a week behind so they questions will be good when I see them for the first time. I can't afford to be any more confused than I am! But thanks for another great (fixed) question!
