"Index was outside the bounds of the array" while SQL Compare

    I got one problem from comparing database schema as i use Red gate SQL Compare 6 , after initialization of the compare databases error is comming as following

    "Index was outside the bounds of the array".

    you can see attched screenshot for same also.

    Please provide your valuable comments to get resolve this issue.

    I would open a case with Red Gate for this- it's not something I have seen before, and they are up to at least version 8.1 of the application, so they will most likely push you in the direction of upgrading, if you don't have an active license agreement for the version you're using.
