Okay i have never seen this before.... this happens on the page where the parameters get rendered and sometimes on the page where the report is suppose to render... any ideas??? thanks

Is this a Cached report? If yes, one possible reason could be that, for Cached reports, credentials need to be stored within report, otherwise, you receive this error message.
Note, for Cached reports, global variable User!UserID should not be there in header or footer, its ok if its in report body.

Nope i got it set where they are not cached...

I have a reporting web farm and i reset IIS on all the boxes and i still get this error...
