Is there any way to know which indexes are no being used in SQL 2000
I can use following command to get the information in SQL 2005 but don't know if there is any view in sql 2000
sys.dm_db_index_usage_stats

Minus tracing, I don't believe there is anyway to accomplish this.

Yep, nothing has been published yet ... we have so much stuff to do ... so we're doing everything locally for now until we're ready to open up. Pretty excited about it, I think we'll have A LOT of great things to offer to the community.
Back on topic, this is a push to get off 2000 and on to 2005! It's always depressing when you write new procedures and then realize that you either have to rewrite them for 2000, or that you simply can't use them. The DMV's and DMF's have been by far the best part of 2005 in my opinion ... makes a DBA's life a breeze.
