  I have one table which is replicated to 2 subscribers using transaction replication.

  In publishing properties schema changes is true.

  Now I have created a Non-Clustered Index on that table at Publisher.

  Will it be replicated to subscribers?

  No. Replication of DDL statements are automatic for ALTER TABLE, ALTER VIEW, ALTER PROCEDURE, ALTER FUNCITON and ALTER TRIGGER.
