In-place upgrade to 2012

  I had a quick query regarding an in-place upgrade to 2012 which I'm not in a position to test right now.

  Once the in-place upgrade has been completed will the databases be at a compatibility level of 110, or would they be say 100 if I upraded from 2008?

  You'll have to change the compatibility level.
