A couple of things I would like to see in the briefcase
#1 Some of the articles in the daily newsletter are from other sources, I can no longer add those to my briefcase (or am I missing something here?).
#2 I do read a lot of various SQL sites (although this one is my favorite by far 🙂 ). There are articles that I want to save and want to be able to add any link to my briefcase. This way I can keep track of the good ones for the future.
I don't know if others users use the briefcase very much, but personally I use it quite a bit.

Hi there DBA-in-training!
#1 - you certainly should be able to add all the articles we feature to your briefcase, regardless of whether they're from SSC or another source. On the homepage or in the "Articles" section, each item has a "Briefcase" link next to it. Is this what you mean?
#2 - if you're really getting into this personalised bookmark thing, you might like to try one of the specialist bookmarking services, like http://del.icio.us/
You can put a button on your browser toolbar that will add the current web page to your del.icio.us account, and add tags and notes to each entry. You can even share your collection with others, or keep it private. Another popular alternative is Google Notebook[/url], which integrates well with Firefox.
