I have installed, uninstalled and reinstalled:
SQLEXPR.EXE
SQLEXPR_TOOLKIT.EXE
SQLEXPR_ADV.EXE
SQLServer2005_SSMSEE.msi
and several other files recommended at the MS SQL Server 2005 website.
The problem is that I want to import data files and surfing the help sites and MS's site, have been lead to believe that you can access the Import/Export Wizard by clicking on the database>tasks>to get to the wizard. My tasks menu only lists:
Detach
Shrink
Back Up
Restore
Generate Scripts
There is no import or export data.
Several forums have suggested the addition of SSIS,, but that is described at MS as a training download.
Questions:
1. Does Express support the import/export functions?
2. If it does, how do I get it on my machine running Express?
3. Is there a way to link tables, as in an Access Database, using Express?
Thanks in advance for any answers you can provide.

There is a program named DTSWizard.exe that I think was added with SP1 that should do the trick for you.
There is also Microsoft SQL Server Migration Assistant for Access that will help you to move tables.
You can google linked server and find many examples of linking to access databases from the sql server.
