Please help me out thanks in advance,I am working as sql developer but i am very interested to learn SQL DBA also.
I have not know much about DBA related works and activities.I need DBA materials,links and its most important concepts which is appliying in real time environment.

You've come to the right place. Tons of gold in these forums, as wells as wonderful articles and blogs.
As a DBA, your most important job is protecting the data. Performance is later. So focus on concepts to ensure the data is in good health now (dbcc checkdb) and that you have a sound recovery plan (backup database, backup log) and a basic understanding of the disk system (RAID, LUN and partitions) so you can ensure that if a set of disks goes down, you loose no data (separate mdf from ldf from backups).
There is a ton to learn, but there are great articles and posts to help you dig in and ensure the data is currently OK, then going to be OK, THEN performing well.
