Import pacs.008.001.01 xml into db table

  I am going to create a stored procedure, where it captures the xml data and insert them into a db table.

  The xml file is pacs.008.001.01. I am having a problem since the first child of root has a namespace also and therefore could not parse it. the namespace is "urn:iso:std:iso:20022:tech:xsd:pacs.008.001.01". Can someone please help me out?

  There was a discussion on parsing XML with two namespaces on this forum just last week. Try searching for that, see if it gives you what you need.

  If not, can you post a sample of the XML?
