Import *.Dat file in SQL Server 2005 Database

    Dear All,

    I try to import the *.Dat file in to SQL database,

    I have attachment a test.dat.

    the text inside the file looks like:

    How can I import the "time", "code", "type", and "target" into a table in Sql Database.

    Please help,

    select from XML worerd is good 🙂
