Hi,
is there any impact in running dbcc cleantable in the sharepoint database? I found an index which has grown very large in sharepoint db and rebuild index fails as it demands more size. Can't remove the dbs from checkdb maint, so looking for a feasible solution.
DBCC CleanTable definition says - Reclaims space from dropped variable-length columns in tables or indexed views.
well, how to check additionally if there is any variable-length columns exist in the tables or indexed views?
Please suggest with your opinion.
Thanks.

Your handle has the abbreviation "DBA" in it. You should know this or know how to find it. 😉
