imoprt XML Data from xml file having more than 15000 charecter row to sql server destination using ssis

    In my Xml file one column having more than 15000 thousand charecter row, but in xml source read only 4000 charecter row, how can i resolve the problem.

    Having any idea please help me:

    Try changing the column type to DT_NTEXT.
