Same thing happened to Microsoft Business Solutions Great Plains Customersource and Partnersource a few years back. It now takes as long to get to the page to enter my issue as it used to to enter the issue and be done. So I have largely quit using it.
Funny thing is they claim to have won awards for the changes. But since its Microsoft, I expect them to prop up some lame reviewing company to give them awards which they can tout.
Same issue, each piece of info that needs to be entered has its own page. It would be easier if this info was all on one page. Plus passport and other ridiculous unnecessary gunk.
Bummer that this is their trend. Makes one wonder just how much a giant pays attention to us ants. Thanks God I have choices other than MS which seems to go just as much backwards as forwards in each new "feature" of everything they do.
And maybe someday MS will re-write their file/folder copy splash screen that gives no good info and doesn't precheck to make sure there is enough room beofre starting the copy, etc. That hasn't changed since 3.1.1 for workgroups.

I think it could be made a much better product if they would eliminate/autofill many of the choices for us. If they had a link on the sql site that passed enough information to the form that would be helpful. It could autofill all relavent areas and do a best guess on the rest so we aren't forced to enter them.
