IIS access and Windows Authentication

  • Sorry it took so long for me to get back on this. Been real busy at work with two back-to-back 13 hour days. Here is a KB article that describes the process:

    If you are going to use VeriSign, Thawte, or some other 3rd party root CA, you can follow the steps to create the hash file as normal. Except instead of going to your local CA, you go out to their site and follow through the process. It'll take a few days to process the request from when you submit payment. If use an internal CA, you'll have to ensure your CA is trusted by all the clients that will be accessing your web site.
