IF any of my system database is crashed my sql server will work ah ?

No. The system databases are required (you might get partially away with a broken MSDB, but SQL Agent would not work)

I have got the answer a few minutes ago.
BTW, SQL server does not start as tempdb recreation during startup use model settings. SO it's risk of not having backup for model too.
