Hi,
At my previous company we were using various Red Gate tools and I found the resources on the website and the support forums a great starting point for troubleshooting any issues.
My current firm are using the Idera tools, and unfortunately there appears to be next to nothing available in terms of support unless you have a paid support contract with Idera (which we don't).
Is anybody aware of any wiki's or support forums for Idera, other than generalised sites such as stackexchange???
Thanks,
Matt.
PS. I hope this post is ok in this forum area - although not specifically related to SQL2008 I couldn't find a forum area specific to third party tools (probably for good reason, after all this is a Red Gate supported forum :-))

Hi Matt. There is actually a very high presence of Idera people on Twitter including product developers, members of R&D, sales, evangelists, and so forth.
Here are a few to get you started.
@idera_software: official Idera account
@SQLSoldier (me): Chief SQL Server Evangelist
@spmcdonough: Sean McDonough, Chief SharePoint Evangelist
@VickyHarp: Sr. Developer for Diagnostic Manager

Thanks for the info, Robert.
I solved the issue I was having with Defrag Manager (turned out to be a bug in the version that we're using that is fixed in the latest version), but I'll be sure to try twitter the next time I have an issue.
